Shipping costs

We always ship from our warehouse in Germany with the following shipping costs:

Germany

Free shipping from a gross value of 25 euros (does not apply to islands).

4.00 Euro up to a gross value of 25 Euro.

Zone 1 (Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark)

Free shipping from a gross value of 75 euros (does not apply to islands).

8.00 euros up to a gross value of 75 euros.

Zone 2 (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Great Britain, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Sweden, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Hungary)

11.00 euros (additional costs may apply for islands)

Zone 3 (Norway, Switzerland)

29.00 euros (additional costs may apply for islands)

The shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order.

Delivery time

The regular delivery times (excluding islands and possible customs clearance time) from delivery of the order are as follows:

Germany: 1-2 days

Zone 1: 2-3 days

Zone 2: 3-4 days

Zone 3: 4-8 days


Further provisions

Deliveries are made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

We use various courier services (UPS, DHL).

There are always problems with deliveries to packing stations. We therefore recommend that you do not enter a packing station in the delivery address.

Delivery and shipping conditions refer to physical items such as tapes and equipment. Digital products (e.g. online courses) are delivered digitally free of charge. Services (such as live courses) are provided in person at the specified time.
