FLEXVIT Sparring® bands are the result of a groundbreaking cooperation between FLEXVIT and the German Judo Federation. Developed specifically for judoka, these bands set a new standard in the functional training repertoire. They will be used in all of the DJB's Olympic training centers as well as in trainer training and further education courses.

With the FLEXVIT Sparring® collection, training with elastic resistance bands is now accessible for the first time to judokas of all weight classes, age groups and performance levels. Named after well-known rating names such as "wazari" or "ippon", the collection includes bands in four different strengths, each with different lengths and increasing resistance.

The bands are characterized by the usual FLEXVIT quality: extremely robust and tear-resistant, but very comfortable for the hands and skin.
Our video series “Functional Band Training for Judokas”, developed in collaboration with the DJB’s head athletic trainer, Simon Schnell, is available free of charge on YouTube and in the FLEXVIT app.

The FLEXVIT Sparring® bands represent an innovation in judo training. In close cooperation with the German Judo Federation, these bands have been specially adapted to the training requirements of top athletes.

They enable extensive training, including complex throwing techniques and their individual movement components - without the need for a partner. This saves time and enables continuous training to perfect the techniques.
